Your miracle is an instruction away

Numbers 20:8 (NIV) "Take the staff, and you and your brother Aaron gather the assembly together. Speak to that rock before their eyes and it will pour out its water. You will bring water out of the rock for the community so they and their livestock can drink."

For every miracle, there are 2 parts, God's part and your part. Most times, God will give you an instruction; in the text we just read, God instructed Moses to speak to the rock, at the wedding at Cana, Jesus asked the servants to fill the pot with water and then serve it to the master of ceremony, God told Gideon to face thousands of soldiers with just 300 men. Jesus spat into sand,put it in the eyes of a blind man and told him to wash at the stream, God asked the israelites to walk around Jericho and then shout, prophet Elijah instructed Naman to bath seven times in the river.

Listen, what God may ask you to do may be very simple and illogical but do it! Don't try and rationalise it. As long as you do your part, God will do His part. What instruction has God given you? Don't ignore or delay, go right ahead, your breakthrough is an instruction away. May God help us to constantly heed His instructions.
